I learned the hard way how to heal and improve my gut health naturally. I'd love to teach you
how to turn your own health around and
become
the best version of you!

This is My Story.

I was fortunate to have a wonderful father who taught us it’s possible to achieve anything if we apply ourselves, which not only shaped me … it helps me to guide other people to reach their own goals.

Newly married, my talented mother took an advanced cookery course and excelled in the kitchen .. so it’s fair to say I grew up in a home where food was an important feature.

Meat came from the local butcher and the grocer provided vegetables, plentiful on a daily basis, with seven on our plates every Sunday! Dining at home was like eating in a Michelin star restaurant. Without doubt, it was mum who gave me a love of quality food, and cooking.

With some burgeoning health issues during my 30's, an interest in ‘healing naturally’ led to many 1000’s of hours of research into gut health, a course at the London College of Naturopathic Nutrition, the launch of a successful blog (now closed), the subsequent launch of an online video tutorial cookery course and working with clients 1-2-1.

Dr Harald Gaier (retired from seeing patients) a naturopath, osteopath, homeopath, acupuncturist and medical herbalist for 5 decades is now a collaborative writing partner.

For six years he served on the Research Committee of the Prince of Wales' Foundation for Integrated Health as a Naturopathic Clinician.

His published work includes the Encyclopaedic Dictionary of Homeopathy and peer-reviews papers on gut-related medical research, as well as medical economics.

He believes there are non-orthodox medical treatments for virtually any disorder, which have been shown as successful in hard-science backed, published investigations.

Since 1989, he has published (approximately monthly) on such investigations, and continues to do so in some of today's leading publications.

He does not dismiss out of hand any traditional therapeutic approach that can, perhaps, not yet be fully explained in terms that accord with Western Science.

In the field of naturopathy, Dr Gaier spent almost three decades researching and developing a healing plan for ‘gut dysbiosis.’

In simple terms, this describes a gut that’s out of balance, which in turn creates a poorly functioning immune system.

I'm partway through writing a book which will detail this plan (including recipes I've created for it), with contributions from Dr Gaier.

Today, everything I do with regards to my personal health and teaching others is from a natural approach.

Conventional medicine would be my last resort rather than first and on a day-to-day basis I’m consciously aware of how I fuel and take care of my body.

This is how I also encourage others to approach their own health.

I’m ready to help you as soon as you’re ready to learn.

+ You’re here for a reason.

+ You were meant to visit this website.

+ There are no coincidences!

I’m a teacher (and entertainer) at heart, a combination that helps me to deliver the good word about health to my friends and followers without making it too serious.

Working towards better health can - and should - be FUN!
I’m here to help you overcome any blocks that are holding you back and gently steer you towards a healthier life.

This Is The Way I Tick

  • I’ve learned that the secret to good health is to keep it simple.

  • Willpower is my superpower when it comes to extreme challenges; for instance when ‘water only’ fasting for 3 weeks. (Please don’t try this at home!)

  • I work from the heart first. Always.

  • However busy posts on my social media pages make my life look … you can be sure I’m allowing plenty of time to 'unplug.'

  •  The qualities I find most appealing in others are the same ones I consistently strive to improve in myself.

  • I’m a sunset rather than sunrise kind of chick. Afternoons and evenings are my jam. I don’t chat with - or see - clients before mid morning so I can always give my best.

  • Food and health are my passion and I care deeply about the wellbeing of others.

  • I’m fascinated by curious people and love to keep learning myself.

  • I’m fiercely loyal to the people I love and care about.

  • When the weather is warm and sunny you’ll mostly find me outside and often close to nature. Summer’s my favourite time of year.
